Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be made within 7 days of service commencement.

2. Non-Refundable Services

• Services already rendered or completed
• Custom design work after approval
• Marketing campaign costs (ad spend)
• Domain registration and hosting fees

3. Partial Refunds

If work has been partially completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the work delivered.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at hello@lookupp.in with your project details. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a project at any time. However, payment for work already completed is non-refundable.
